Our Basics Course is a total of two, 90 min classes. We schedule your basics at a time that works for you.
At basics you'll learn the fundamental movements of fitness in a small group environment. We will help you correct movement patterns, provide scaling options, and explain our group class flow so you feel prepared to make the transition to group classes.
