Daily Schedule

Monday Class Times

5:30am / 9:00am / 10:30am / 4:00pm / 5:15pm / 6:30pm

Each class is coach led and 1 hour in length.  

Tuesday Class Times

5:30am / 9:00am / 10:30am / 4:00pm / 5:15pm / 6:30pm 

Each class is coach led and 1 hour in length.  

Wednesday Class Times

5:30am / 9:00am / 10:30am / 4:00pm / 5:15pm / 6:30pm

Kids Fitness 5:30pm-6:15pm 

Each adult class is coach led and 1 hour in length.  

Thursday Class Times

5:30am / 9:00am / 10:30am / 4:00pm / 5:15pm / 6:30pm  

Each class is coach led and 1 hour in length.  

Friday Class Times

5:30am / 9:00am / 10:30am / 4:00pm / 5:15pm 

Each class is coach led and 1 hour in length.  

Saturday Class Times

Team Workout 10:00am

Sandstone Teens Class 11:00am 

Each class is coach led and 1 hour in length.  

Open Gym Times

Open gym times are available during regularly scheduled class times. Additional open gym times are offered on Saturdays. 

Class DescriptionS

Workout of the Day (WOD)

Group classes are for people who have gone through our Basics Course or who have completed a Fundamentals Course at another gym.  

Conditioning

ReVamped Conditioning are 30 minute workouts offered Tuesdays and Thursdays on our app. This class primarily uses body weight movements. 

Kids Fitness

This program is for children in grades K-6th. Students will learn the fundamental fitness movements as well as participate in games where they will have fun while exercising. 

Faith & Fitness

On the last Saturday of every month we hold a thirty minute Bible study. Everyone is welcome to come to this Bible study and stay for a free class from 10am-11am. No prior experience needed.
