VampCamp competitor programming includes two levels of programming. It is designed for the experienced competitive athlete who is looking to get stronger, increase capacity and broaden their skill level.
This is the programming that Gary and Alea Helmick have followed to get them to the Games in 2013, 2016 and 2017.

VampCamp conditioning programming includes two days of conditioning workouts per week and is designed for any athlete who wants to increase their capacity.
Conditioning workouts are easily accessible, use less equipment and are typically completed under 30 minutes.
