Our Teen Fitness program is designed for teens ages 12-19. Teens will learn the functional movements of fitness and exercise together in group classes alongside adults. Teens follow the same programming as the adult classes. Movements and weights are scaled appropriately for each teen. Classes consists of a group warm-up, skill/strength work, a workout (WOD). Your teen will learn to become stronger both physically and mentally.
Our Kids Fitness program is designed for kids ages 6-11. Children will learn the functional movements of fitness and exercise in an environment that is safe and fun! A typical fitness class for kids is 45 minutes long. It consists of a group warm-up, skill work, a workout (WOD), and a fitness game. Your child will love the positive and nurturing environment of Kids Fitness at ReVamped.
Our Family Fitness program is designed for kids and families of all ages. Children will learn the functional movements of fitness through play! A family fitness class is 30 minutes long. It consists of various games and challenges that will get you and your little one moving. Your family will love the positive and nurturing environment during our family fitness class. We offer family fitness classes throughout the year! Email us for details.
