I am an active and adventurous person. I love to mountain bike, CrossFit, wake surf, snowboard, fish, and am currently learning to disc golf. My lifestyle and hobbies require me to stay rested, strong and fueled. I am determined!

I am an active and adventurous person. I love to mountain bike, CrossFit, wake surf, snowboard, fish, and am currently learning to disc golf. My lifestyle and hobbies require me to stay rested, strong and fueled. I am determined!


My coaching journey began as a way to learn more about my own body and understand how to continue leading a fulfilling and healthy life while working with my coaches! Having two active sons, a successful bond trading career, navigating the sadness of my injured brother, and aging (I love that wrinkle Fairy!) led me to want to learn more about how to care for my body (we only get one!) and also to strengthen my mentality for lasting lifestyle changes. 


We are all aging and struggle with constant demands for our energy and time, making it a challenge to take care of ourselves. We don't have to surrender to these challenges. It is essential to prioritize health and wellness, as they significantly impact every aspect of our lives and are crucial factors in our overall happiness.

Over the past few years, I have guided and coached more than 100 successful individuals in achieving their unique health and wellness goals. My clients develop, discover, and implement their path to success with my coaching guidance, personal experience, and success.
